Airframe Cleanroom Ceiling Systems

Each system design is continually evaluated for performance, quality and durability. Airframe cleanroom ceilings are designed specifically to ease installation and maintenance.

Manufacturing: Airframe ceiling grids are constructed of lightweight aluminum extrusions. Each component is cleaned in a three-stage process before applying either a powder coat epoxy or clear anodized finish over all surface areas.

Installation: Daw Tech's installation teams are highly skilled in the construction of cleanroom environments. Their experience mitigates potential problems before they occur, both during and after installation.

Performance: Airframe ceiling systems enable flexible configuration of lighting, fire sprinklers, and accommodate structural service requirements above and/or AMHS below. Airframe ceilings are highly adaptable and facilitate future modifications readily.

Testing: Every Airframe cleanroom ceiling has been thoroughly tested by our in-house technical staff as well as independent agencies to assure unmatched performance and predictability.
